We specialize in Core, Dynamic Strength, and Cardio Conditioning for men and women of all fitness levels. Canyon Creek Fitness is a down-to-earth, rock-solid program. We keep our moves very basic, while simultaneously varying the format in order to keep workouts interesting....

February is a great time to show some self-love. Starting your day with a heart-pumping workout is a gift you give yourself. It's a great way to clear your mind for the day ahead.

Show up to workouts consistently, because you LOVE your body, not because you hate it.
 
You don't have to be advanced to do CynCrkFit workouts. We will meet you where you are. Your job is to show up and push yourself out of YOUR comfort zone, and you will see results!

Your first couple of classes are FREE!  Click this link for info on monthly fees and drop in rates. 

Though the 1st class is free, you must register or email before attending your 1st workout. Hope to hear from you soon!
