The mission of Canyon Creek Fitness is to provide our community with a fun, effective opportunity to get fit and stay fit. We aim to achieve that by creating workouts that consistently incorporate core and cardiovascular training while at the same time targeting dynamic strength in different muscle groups on a rotational basis. While exercise science is the foundation for our workouts, variety, interest and fun are also key components. Fostering a sense of community, accountability and support is also central to our mission.
